So, Koharu's Balalaika is somewhat of a meme on Niconico Douga. Or at least this version of it is.

Basically, "yaranaika?" means "Wanna do it?" (as in have sex). Which itself is a meme, spawning from the yaoi manga Kuso Miso Technique. More info on this meme can be found here on KYM.
