I didn't expect a separate full upload, but I appreciate it. Having it will make rewatching and sharing with new fans down the line a lot easier.

Edit: I still appreciate the upload, but they didn't include any of the awards at the end so this probably won't be my go-to share for new fans in the future.

Hello! Dream episode 22 8.31.20

https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV13D4y1m7xp
https://miomio.us/harodori200831.html

This episode follows three strong Kenshuusei participating in the test, Kubota Nanami (#10), Hirayama Yuki (#11), and Saito Madoka (#12)

- Immediately, they start to talk about the winner of the best singer award, Kenshuusei Kubota Nanami. She is participating in her 3rd test. In lessons, Kubota is always dedicated and striving harder than anyone else in order to achieve her dream of a debut. She is always trying to appeal in front of the the teacher that she really is serious about her lessons and takes notes constantly.

- Kubota Nanami selects the song "Watashi no Miryoku ni Kizukanai Donkan na Hito" by Mitsui Aika. At home, she reveals how she studies her song to help her remember the lyrics, with lots of small notes in each line. She goes through each line and practices it in her head. She puts notes like "Here is where I put on a maximum cheerful expression on my face". She practices her song at home and in the studio a week before the test. Everyday at home after practice, she gets tearful. She wants to prove to her family and show the fans how much she has grown and improved and these past few years in Kenshuusei was all worth it.

- At the dress rehearsal, Kubota chose a frilly pink dress as her outfit that she made herself, since she loves being fashionable with her collection of stylish outfits. On the day of the test, she is confident and ready and show everyone her performance. Just before getting on stage, she asks Hirayama Yuki to slap her on the back as encouragement. Her performance on stage was nearly perfect. The teacher praises her for selecting a cute song that suits her image. Then later it was announced that she wins the best singer award. She is happily smiling throughout, even through her mask. Her debut is getting closer.

- Next up is Hirayama Yuki, a 2nd year junior high school student participating in her first test. A promising Kenshuusei, who is getting lots of early praise for her singing voice that is catching the attention (from previous episodes) from her H!P seniors like Fukumura Mizuki, Kishimoto Yumeno, and Tanimoto Ami.

- When they first started shooting for Hello! Dream, she was late to the studio and apologized quickly. Hirayama's task for herself is improve her sense of rhythm, with the help of her teachers. In order to tackle the rhythm hurdle, she chose to sing a difficult song called "Come with me" by Kobushi Factory. The song will also show her range and how high her voice could go. One week before the test, she practices her song in the studio. She wants to show her seniors that she won't lose to them.

- For her outfit, she chose an outfit with flowers in her favorite color red. She is feeling nervous but she wants to show everyone all that she has practiced. During the rehearsal, the staff reminded her to hold on to the mic carefully. She sometimes gets in a zone when singing and forgets something as simple. After her performance, the teacher praises her for challenging such a difficult song. She has improved and notices the expressions on her face has changed for the better. She is really happy with the result so far. A big smile at the end.

- Next is Saito Madoka, the oldest Kenshuusei participating. She had no dance experience before. In her lessons, Saito gets scolded for her dance effort and starts to cry. She feels frustrated for not doing her best. Her rivals in test are the younger Kenshuusei who goes before her.

- Saito selects Tsubaki Factory's "Konya Dake Ukaretakatta" as her song. She chose the song because it is fresh and cute. One week before the test, she focuses on practicing the dance for the song. When practicing at home, she feels comfortable that she is getting every part everything right.

- On dress rehearsal day, Saito reveals that the outfit she chose is a yukata (Since Tsubaki Factory wore yukata in the MV) that she was actually wore in 6th grade elementary school and remade it into a dress. Once more, they show her performing the dance for song and shows no signs of mistakes. She feels she got it right.

- On test day, she gets the dance part right during rehearsal run. She gets nervous before her turn. After her performance, Saito immediately admits to the judges that she messed up on the dance and it made her lose focus for the rest of the song. Her frustrated tears come out, since she got it right so many times. The show puts a side by side comparison of her practice dance and her real performance to show where her mistake was. Backstage, she says she was able to sing the song no problem, but forgetting the dance was really frustrating. She will remember the advice teacher the gave her and let this be a motivation for her next time. Look forward to see how Saito Madoka will improve.

Next week, 3 popular Kenshuusei are featured (#13~#15).

Hello! Dream episode 23 9.7.20

https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1dt4y1S7Av
https://miomio.us/harodori200907.html

This week, the focus is on Ebata Kisaki (#13), Tamenaga Shion (#14), and Matsubara Yuriya (#15)

Starting off with Ebata Kisaki, participating in her first test. The song she chose is one her favorites "21ji Made no Cinderella" by Berryz Kobo, because it is a very bright and cheerful song. At home, she had been doing a lot of stretches such as bridges and Y-balance.

One week before the test, Ebata practices in the studio. She says she has been practicing the opening "Iyahoi~" note in the song till she got it right. She aims to improve her voice range. On dress rehearsal day, Ebata chose outfit that she put together with lots of colorful and shiny accents. Ebata says she asked her mother if her "Iyahoi" was cute enough, told her it was.

On test day, she was feeling confident. Then suddenly, the staff had trouble with actually live stream recording. But fortunately, Hello! Dream was also there too and kept filming through her 1st performance run. The show let us see a no-cut version of this performance that we never saw. How lucky. Judge Katsuta Rina says she was looking for Ebata's energetic smile in her performance, but she didn't see it enough. Backstage, Ebata started to cry and feels frustrated that she forgot to smile.

Then a struck of good news for Ebata. Since they had trouble with the live stream, they told she has to go out there and perform again. Suzuki Airi says she was able to see her smile in this 2nd performance. Ebata couldn't believe it. She says this has been a valuable experience.

Tsubaki Factory DanshaISM CM plays

Next up is Tamenaga Shion, the winner of the Best Dance award. This was her 3rd time taking the test. A flash back of her previous performances is shown. She aims to be more mature and sexy this year. She chose the song "Daite yo! PLEASE GO ON" by Goto Maki, because it has a combination of dancing and singing that she wants to challenge herself. At home, to help her with the dance, she created a muscle training menu to get a good body shape. She also created a healthy meal menu for herself.

One week before, Tamenaga has a practice run in the studio. She explains she plans to wear "12.5cm Pin High Heels" for her performance. She even did balance exercises to help her with that. On dress rehearsal, she chose to wear very bright red high heels and chose an outfit that changes during the performance. It will allow her to show off her body while dancing. She is feeling good about her performance, with some tweaks she has to make.

On test day, Tamenaga ate some udon noodles to give her energy. Her performance was nearly perfect and she had a big smile on her face at the end. She got some good praises from Maki-sensei. After, it was announced she is the winner of the best dance award. The decision to wear high heels was a good choice.

And finally, Matsubara Yuriya, participating in her 3rd test already. Belarusian on her mother's side, they show footage of her teaching how to introduce herself in Russian to Onoda Karin when they returned and then her at home original gag jokes. They flash back to her previous performances.

Matsubara chose ANGERME"s Akai Earphone as her song, because it is cool. She wants to try the cool dance. At home and in studio, she practices the song with no nerves. She really admires Sasaki Rikako's intense dancing and wants to be cool like her.

On dress rehearsal day, she reveals her outfit. She actually made her outfit by sewing and decorating it. On test day, she is feeling excited and tries to remain cheerful. In her performance, she revealed that she had thrown "paper tape" represent the Akai earphone. Suzuki Airi was impressed and surprised by that. Matsubara admits the she mis-timed the throw of the paper tape but in the end it was good. She is the winner of the Katsuta Rina award. Matsubara is really happy to an win award and praised by a former ANGERME member.

Tsubaki Factory's new single "Ima Nanji?" CM plays here too.

Next week, the 3 remaining Kenshuusei of the 18 in the performance order (#16~#18). We are getting closer to the end now.

Hello! Dream episode 24 9.14.20

https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1p5411b7sk
https://miomio.us/harodori200914.html

- In today's episode, they finish the rest of the Kenshuusei Ability Test series, with the three remaining performers Yamada Ichigo (#16), Ishiguri Kanami (#17), and Hiromoto Ruri (#18).

- Kenshuusei Yamada Ichigo does not want to lose to anyone in dancing and aims to do her best to debut. This is her fourth year participating in the test. They flashback to her previous performances. Ichigo knows that she has very long legs and wants to make use of it in her dance. At home, she practices using a dance corset brace.

- Yamada Ichigo chose a difficult song "SHALL WE LOVE?" by Gomattou to challenge herself. In her room, she does singing lip rolls and various leg exercises. In addition, she likes to draw in her notes to use as image training and understand the lyrics in her own way. In one of her practice videos at home, you can see how tall she is.

- One week before, she practices her daily lip rolls in the studio. She knows she what she has to work on and will keep practicing. On dress rehearsal day, Yamada says she is 15 years old, but she has chosen to wear outfit with an image of a 17 year old girl to make her look mature-like. She has practiced a lot and did all she could to prepare. She knows being nervous is natural, but she will give it her all. On test day, she is smiling and looks forward it. Voice trainer Ueno-sensei praises her, saying she really has improved and did really well. Yamada is really glad to hear Ueno say that. She gets a little teary-eyed.

- Tsubaki Factory's new single "DanshaISM" and "Ima Nanji?" CMs play

- Ishiguri Kanami is finally next! This was her fourth time participating in the test. She wanted this fourth time to complete her circle. When she won Best Performance, she got 1013 votes out of 4384.

She started in 2016 with Hello! Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido and came to Tokyo for lessons several times. They flashback to her previous performances. She constantly hoped of being selected in the Morning Musume audition for 15th gen and was shocked that she wasn't chosen. She tells herself to keep going one small step at time. She tears up because she is frustrated that other members were debuting before her.

The last two years, she came up short in winning Best Performance (Matsunaga Riai in 2019, Shimakura Rika in 2018). Every year, Ishiguri has been challenging only Morning Musume's songs. This year, she also picked a Morning Musume song, "Resonant Blue". She wants to show she can do even better than last year. One week before the test, she practices her song in the studio. She believes in herself and all that she has practiced. She chose resonant blue for the dance moves. On dress rehearsal day, Ishiguri picked a passionate red dress for the song, while wearing heels. Her goal is to end the day with a smile on her face after her performance.

Miyazaki Yuka knew right away that Ishiguri practiced a lot and put a lot of heart into it. After her near perfect performance, she finally won the best performance award! She was crying tears of joy and is really happy. Ishiguri had lots of fun and wants to gives her thanks to everyone.

Our last performer (#18) is Hiromoto Ruri, participating in her first test. They quickly recognize her as coming from the same school as Sayashi and Dambara, ASH. They show video of her practicing her baton twirling skill at home. Then flashback to earlier in the year, where Fukumura praises Ruri for being energetic and putting on a big smile.

Ruri picked the S/mileage song "Tachiagirl" because it has lyrics that encourages to do your best even you if aren't confident enough. At home and in the studio, she does her daily routine and practices her song to see where she is at. She will keep continuing to practice with more confidence and put on more pressure. Ruri chose a cute yellow outfit, since her favorite color is yellow. She actually drew her outfit on paper first, and then picked out the yellow fabric herself and asked her mother to help make her the skirt. She also made the ribbon. She was nervous in her rehersal run. Her family gave her words of encouragement and look forward to seeing her performance.

On test day, she practices backstage while trying to calm herself as well. As the last batter, she will try to make a big impact. Katsuta was impressed to see the S/mileage image in Ruri, while keeping a smile and staying energetic. With a big smile backstage, she had lots of fun.

The test series is complete. Next week starts off with new content. Kenshuusei begin their daily lessons for the September 2020 Recital. But instead, they will be receiving all of their dance and voice lessons from home through Zoom video call (with everyone or one-on-one), with the teachers in the studio.
