i always wondered how they pass along information to make sure the various places print the names correctly. makes a lot of sense to have something pre-prepared rather than to check with the places individually. also i just find things like this interesting for some reason.
It's not very clear in the image, but I figured it out. It says that Morning Musume。 is in 全角 (zenkaku, full-width characters) and ’14 in 半角 (hankaku, half-width characters), with no space between 。 and ’ as you said.
It is quite interesting how they spell that out for the media.
