I got confused and thought the Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival 2013 was the H!P Premium live thing.

They have a certain amount for fanclub members and then when the public tickets go on sale they sell out the rest. Which is what has happened, is what it seems like to me. If they actually have another 1000 or so seats to put on sale later, that's great, but I don't think that's the case. Unless they change the setup (if they can) or something to give more space for other seats.

It depends on whether you count from when they won their auditions or when they released their first singles.

I'm sure the official count is from when they joined, no? 6ki also count their passing date in January as the day they became 6ki members (which is true) so probably from that.

Join date is when it counts. I remember Sayu posting in her blog that she and Reina already have 10 years in the group last January.
