S/mileage didnt chart until their 3rd single cos their singles werent sold exclusively until then, they had that big tower event thing and started selling their singles there as well. Otona ni Muzukashii was when they changed to UP Front Indie Label.

I think although there indie PV's aren't as good as S/mileage, they're being managed and promoted a lot more better than they were.

I guess its like a scale almost? Either a good PV, or good promotion.
