When I've had it do that (usually, as you say, with a music video that's only licenced for USA) I've always been able to download it with keepvid. Make sure you download the mp4 and not flv because the mp4 is usually better quality.

-I love the outfits. They're so short though.

-I do not like this song much.
-The original is still better [/biased].
-Why is Risa leading? She already performed this song.
-Aika looks so cute with that hat <33.

-Nice outfits!

I could download this, watch this once or twice, but I don't would not buy DVD of it. Reason is simple: Dschinghis Khan, should be forgotten eternally. All things done by said disco group is horribly old joke both in internet and in Finland, they should have been left to rot in history of 70's. It is mistake in same scale as communism in practice. Making any covers of it and using samples in previous songs is only really major FAIL in sense of style made by Tsunku during all this time H!P has existed. I actually thought about making opposite of the praise thread when this was published, BASH thread for Tsunku.
