Also is it just me, or has Erina been looking super cute lately? I mean, she's always been cute, but I've been noticing her more recently.

Really? I think she looks awkward and emotionless even there. I mean she's always been very pretty and the first pic she looks cool, but there were plenty of other shots when she first joined that she look awkward and you'd have to show me all of them to convince me otherwise

Eripon said in the begining she didn't want to smile in photos and I think she may still feel that way :looks at posters of unsmiling eripon around my room:

Although I think she is adorbs when she smiles I can see her being self concious. She always looks so hawt or cool in her photos T^T

Yeah Eripon has been working it since the beginning but her demeanor was kind of unexpectedly serious or...kind of down or something. So that might be what you're remembering .

Reg A is the edition with Reina's solo on it. Reg A's cover is basically the Reina show with some girls in the back.
