*ichaicha could mean "to flirt" but also "to make out". In Tsunku's notes on his blog he mentioned how it was a song about the first stages of love, so I would say that "to make out" is what he refers to.

Masaki made a mistake. She was not suppose to leave her spot and that made Kuduu stand alone out there
It was obvious Masaki lost her timing ^^; In this type of drill-like dance formation timing is everything.
I can't believe Tsunku didn't spot that.
