It's actually still possible even with just 2K everyday. One good day that puts them at least number 5 or 6 can really help reaching 10K easier.

Usually they are, although don't always wear the jacket. They are basically just random random security guys and not professional handshake person-movers. Yesterday before the show and even during the handshake they were instructed on how to do it by one of the up front staff members.
