Good song -- lots of energy. And silly/fun dance moves.

I don't want to see them fall into another sounds-like-a-remake-of-the-last-five-or-ten-songs rut, however, so it would be kind of nice if the next one sounds compleeeeetely different.

But what amazes me about this is just of quickly they released the PV --- with most MoMusu singles, we'd still be weeks (if not months) away from hearing a low-quality 30-second preview from a radio show.

I was actually about to say that as well. The one it sounds closest to out of all of them is Renai Hunter, but that has more to do with some of the eletronic noises in it rather than the melody.

It has quite a bit of a rock feel to it (especially with the costume and the "air guitaring" in the dance) which is what I was really hoping they would do for Reina's send off.

Everything about this makes me happy, but the two things that make me the happiest is the Ayumi vs Riho and the Line Distribution, not only do a large number of girls have a real solo line as opposed to words), some of the girls who previously had only been grouped in together to do their lines (Zukki, Haruna, Duu and Eri) have some lines in duets, sort of like how Maachan and Mizuki had gotten. I swear I see it at least once with Zukki for sure.

I do hear plenty of Wakuteka. It's good, and it's a smart thing to do It's happened with Berryz and °C-ute that they'd get their momentum ruined because of "different" singles. I personally prefer PPU over any single released afterwards, but I'm pretty sure something similar would sell quite bad right now. So in any case, why not double a-sides? You can have a "main", safe song and a different one, maybe featuring other less prominent members. Well, that pretty much sounds like having PVs for b-sides

0:34 is very similar to the "Amekaze shinoi de anata ni HORE ta yo / Asa kara ban made anata ni HORE ta yo" lines in Wakuteka, including the dance moves.

That's the only one I heard xD

At a lot of other parts, it's not that the songs sound like another song. It's that I keep expecting random parts from other songs to follow certain lines. For example, I keep expecting the chorus of Resonant Blue to come during the chorus after a moment of it, and something towards the end of the chorus makes me expect the ending line in the chorus of Onna ga Medatte Naze Ikenai.

The recycled dance moves I have no trouble picking up... the face polishing gesture from 1-2-3, Renai Hunter's spacium ray and that halting lines with their hands forward definitely reminds me of wakuteka.

It's the allegedly similar sounds that I can't hear lol, it differs enough from each other to stand on its own imho.
I don't mean to be overly defensive or anything but considering I loved all MM singles since Renai Hunter which are undeniably in the same style/genre, I'm just asking for a second opinion here to make sure I'm not on one of my bias steamroller .
