Lately, Riho's been exploring a more mature side of her (judging mostly from the facial expressions), and I must say it's working rather well.

Maybe she wants (ok management) to get rid of the always tiny, really young girl idea we have of her...

^ Not to contradict your overall point, but with a magazine shoot, it's likely the magazine's photographer who's telling you what expression to make, not your manager. You might have your own ideas about what works for you, but in the end the photographer and/or editor is going to decide what pictures out of the dozens you take that will get printed in the magazine. I agree though that lately Riho seems a bit less impudent and smirky and more maturely confident. She is after all 2 years older than when we first met her, so that's a good thing!
