I heard the next xbox will need a permanent internet connection and will use codes to eliminate the used game market.

It's also going to be an "entertainment console", and not a "game console". According to rumors, of course.

Speaking of consoles - man, Vita and WiiU are bombing big time And honestly, it's all because their exclusive libraries are simply not very appealing, no other way around it. NPD numbers for January apparently put WiiU at 55k units, and Vita at 25-30k. Xbox 360 keeps dominating America and 3DS keeps dominating Japan.

I feel like Nintendo home systems are only better in hindsight. Like Gamecube isn't bad NOW but when it was competing it seemed somewhat lackluster. I think that's how people will remember the Wii systems lol.
