Ayumi is pretty, she'd be amazing if she'd stop sucking the soul out of me every time she takes a photo. I'm running out of lives. To be honest, I didn't think Sayumi was that pretty till probably two-four years after she joined. When the 6th gen first joined, they were all pretty rough. It took them quite a few years to work out of their awkward growth stage.

How does one gather these photos? Like, is it a pay thing or a wandering in the wilderness, random drop thing...?

The way the game works, you get to choose 1 out of 4 treasure boxes as a reward after finishing a dungeon. It has a fixed rate of appearing in one of those boxes during the event. With a good team you could speed run a high level dungeon pretty easily while still getting an SSS rank for the best rewards and there's also an item that would let you see what's inside of those boxes before picking one from the game shop and other quests' rewards. 20k photos in 1 week from the entire player base of over 50k to get her invited to another event for more media exposure is very doable I think

Btw have I mentioned that the whole point of this event was to gather those photos for a chance to receive a handwritten valentine message and a chocolate from Sayu? As Harori of course, but there's pure wota bait right there

but her bad acne was a topic of discussion at one point...which is why those pictures (there are more) were so easy to find. of course the girls don't have perfect skin but to my knowledge none of them ever had it that bad.
