Its hard to believe that is their first live concert, this is their first full concert right?

Doesn't hurt that YuiKaori also started out as anime tie-ins, Yui is the original Hatsune Miku dancer, Nocchi is big into the Gundam/anime culture, and that they're all four seiyuu themselves.

But then I'm not into anime in the least, and I love them, so they must be doing something right aside from that, as well.

Lots of their fans will be otaku. Not that that's a bad thing, though. The four of them have popped up in several anime I've watched.
