The announcer said that with Reina's grad announcement it's been determined that Mizuki is next in line (for leader) so her expression has changed/gotten more serious. I guess this is defz one of those instances where experience will trump age.

I have a hunch that Reina doesn't have a lot of "nice" clothes — as opposed to her usual sweats or semi-punk outfits — because I'm almost certain we saw her wear that same red dress and white jacket years ago to some wedding or company party.

This paired with the fact that all of her blog posts having just been "I'm [still] in blog training!" has people speculating that Momochi is doing student-teaching this month and needs time off from her regular celeb duties to do it.
