i've heard Celga used to be ok with serving as your "japanese address" from which to use to sign up for fanclubs (and they'd receive and forward you all your mail.. not for free, of course), but i think i heard someone recently say they started having problems with Celga regarding that.

in any case, worth looking into. but yeah, you nee a japanese address, so you'd either need to go through a 3rd party service, or perhaps contact some long lost relatives... lol.
