depends what chart its on.
is it indies or actual singles sales?
Indies thats kinda bad, actual singles would be decent.
considering this a indie release, with little to none promotion, distribution, single bonuses (such as DVD extras), and they haven't even released all of the PVs yet.

thats what i meant by distribution.
its not as heavily promoted and distributed and treated in the same way as other singles and for this reason should be viewed differently.
