These rules of hers keep coming up on varieties i see
The way i see it it's an easy way for the 9th & 10th gen to be included in the talk as well even just for reactionary purposes, and Haruna's variety appearances is always about these rules too as far as i can remember. Not to take credit away from Haruna for being a good talker herself of course, but i just want to point out how having Sayu as the leader is very good for MM right now precisely because of how she can create interesting topics to draw other members into the conversation and having enough popularity herself to get invited for solo appearances and always promoting MM.
