Fairly sure they only do most of it on concerts, those casual Ustream things, maybe smaller events? - stuff like that. I doubt they do much of anything for PVs, magazines, photobooks, jacket shoots, most TV shows, stage plays, etc.

They have stylists for any photos or recordings that will be sold. But for day-to-day work — including most live appearances — yes, they do their own.
