OK -- I finally got around to watching the first 20 seconds of it (hey, I'm multitasking!). He's just a sarcastic smart-ass dweeb who sounds like half the people here -- he should have an account here, if he doesn't already. And I doubt if he's saying anything that hasn't been said here a few dozen times (at least).

Although as a certified klutz myself, I have to say that the more I hear about how spazzy Haruna is, the more I like her.
