Yeah yeah yeah, but I don't want to watch them. I want to watch Morning Musume. Imperfections and all.

Yea they're just kids. So of course they aren't gonna have all of the bells and whistles that grown women have.

They'll get to that point, when they grow up.

ダミー娘!!! :mikihead:

Let's see -- if they were to lipsync the vocals just as standard practice, kind of like AKB -- and maybe a couple of them can sing halfway decently -- with a little autotune.... :fear:

I thought they did fine.

They need to do something like this with the Kenshuusei, though.

Sarah Palin wrote:Granted MM is still learning/perfecting the dance, the dummies are infinitely better. Wow, what a difference it made - the dance and song seem so much more dynamic. They're so professional, crisp, mature and stylish - not a bunch of kids dancing around. Makes me realize the quality that has been missing ever since Platinum Era ended. :/

I don't think there's much difference between platinum era MM and current MM dance quality wise :/ iirc koharu aika and the pandas weren't exactly standout dancers back then too. If anything i think current MM is veeerryyy slightly better...and it's only going to get better from here on hopefully, no more injuries pls

I really enjoyed watching that. It helps explain to me why recent Musume dance routines have leveled up in their use of stage space and have utilized more complex flocking movements and other (for them) innovative patterns. To be able to see the entire dance performed by an ensemble of professionals must be immeasurably helpful to the girls.

It does seem like an excellent teaching tool -- and of course, they can stop and repeat parts of the video to examine particular moves, then compare them with the videos of their own movements.

Yes, this really can only help the girls, not that I think, overall, This MM is bad at dancing. They are actually pretty good at dancing, they just lack style. THAT comes with time.

I'm totally fangirling Zukki's dummy. She's fun to watch!

WOW that was amazing. I mean yeah, our girls aren't bad dancers, but all this time I've been the choreography's been lacking but it's just the execution. It looks great with the dummies' cohesion.

Not hating on the girls of course <3

P.S. I love the woah-oh-oh-oh-ohs xD
