I don't know anything about the other girls auditioning, I'm just saying Mogi has her good points and on looks department again MM has its beauties. MM could use some odd looking girls, even though I think Ayumi is creep as hell looking seriously am I the only one that feels that way? I really want a 16+ girl that can singer dance and will get them on more show because she is that entertaining. But that wouldn't happen but..maybe it will with how this year is going. Tsunku is on a roll

Ayumi can look creepy in some still shots...imo her smile sometimes look uncannily wide but watching the girl in motion the general effect is pretty stunning
As for the odds of finding a newbie that will instantly get them on more shows purely on personality/talent.....that's pretty much impossible, i think. Those things come with experience and we already have some potential in the current member anyway. Haruna and zukki are already pretty good at talking/mcing, and they all have some quirks to make talks interesting. They just need more experience, hopefully sayu can help them with that

on 9/15, M-ON TV is starting a new show for various idol groups called GiRLPOP TV, and they will air footage from the MM auditions too, as well as other idol group's stuff
