Ihe Ninki poll number has nothing to do with sales, the 52.00 rating does not correspond to a predicted sales number of 52k.
The Ninki poll is based on a poll of 400 people that are registered users on the Oricon website that have to indicate their interest in buying a single. From the poll results Oricon calculates the Ninki number, it's bit unclear how they actually do this. The only thing you can say about it that higher the number is the bigger the interest in the single and therefor the bigger the chance that it will do well in the chart. The 52.00 is on high side for a H!P release, but it's not that much then their normal numbers and does not take into account all the events where people buy multiple copies.
