I do think having a few years of stability will not hurt, as it gives time for the girls to grow in the general public's eyes. It all depends on if they are going to turn Riho into the next Ai or for that matter any other girl.

I don't see PonPon leaving for a good while. It's pretty obvious they will become the leader-subleader team. Besides even if Haruna is ~old~she is so pure and naive I could see her sticking for a while except if she wants to go to the uni. In fact the big eyes and her soft voice reminds me so much to KonKon xD it could be srota funny

Also, I'm pretty sure with those AKB girls (Yonezawa Rumi and Hirajima Natsumi), they got fired because they breached their contracts. I think it had something to do about them talking about their boyfriends? And I seem to recall one of them (Rumi?) talking about sex friends, but I don't really remember what happened.

I think with Rumi she spoke about having past boyfriends (like Sasshi got caught having) but the other girl really only got photographed with boys which made the fans mad but I don't think is a breach of contract.

If a girl like Natsumi can get fired for just being around boys and unwisely blabbing about it think how this girl would do if she can't even keep quite about something she is expressly told not to publicise.

This is assuming she was told not to publicize. I don't think that level of initiation is under extreme monitoring compared to when that thing becomes televised.

Speaking from the outside looking in though, I see it as a girl who expressed concern about making a lifestyle changing decision. Which is an act of maturity to me. She's basically weighing, "Do I wanna be the entertainment plaything of a vast audience and give up my personal life and potential true personality (because they do have gimmich persona's) or not?" It's a big decision and the fact she is weighing it accordingly says a lot to me.

I for one wouldn't want to be faced with the decision of, "You can have kids today, or never." Which is about the same impact as this.

Your 100% right that it is very mature of her to really think hard before proceeding to the next round but I thought we were operating under the knowledge that H!P definitely asks the auditionees not to publicise there involvement? Especially considering what happened to that girl in the 9th gen audition.
