There's always a tragic member in every generation and Mogi was gearing up to be 9th gens but I think Eripon and Zukki split it technically. I remember Zukki being really awkward especially at dancing and Eripon of course sings very very badly.

See now i won't mind if they can somehow split the "tragicness" across the entire new generation lol, but when all the tragic gets concentrated in one new member then no way i'll have to pass on that

Mogi must be my least favourite H!P member ever. Poor girl.

I found Mogi quite endearing. I enjoyed watching her idol-ed up for the final 5-nin performance. It's lovely that she became an egg, but she needed more direct attention to bring out that shine.

EDIT: She also had edged out Riho and Kanon as my favorite to join 9th gen. Tsunku disappointed.

Yeah, I was pissed off that she didn't get in. She was the only one I wanted from 9th gen originally.

All i remember of her was that she cried. All the damn time. She couldn't keep up with the audition process so I was glad she didn't make it,I could only imagine the pressure she'd be under if tsunku decides to make her a project. Yeaaaaahhhhhh watching idols crack under pressure, don't ever wanna see that again

Well, that and i liked pretty much every other finalist looks(erina&riho) or gimmicks(kanon&riho) better than her.
EDIT:^wow...a single-member generation consisting only of mogi, i don't think my mm fandom could survive that ^^;

Not that I didn't want anyone else to join, but I didn't care about non-Mogi girls And then everyone but her (and Aina) got in.

The only one I really really wanted in was Kanon. And the one I was thinking that MM needed was Riho. Aina was cute but I didn't like her and I really disliked both Erina and Mogi. Mogi especially, but she reminded so much of this mix or Koharu's and Aika's bad sides that I was terrified that he would pick her. Was really happy when he didn't.
It's amazing how much Erina has grown on me though... she's gone from this... awkward, pathetic-looking girl who I could barely stand to being one of my top favorites. <3
