I thought that we thought he was going to pick Mogi because somehow she made it to the final round even though there wasn't anything good about her but she looked kind of Koharu-like. Or something like that.

It seemed like if he was keeping her around for that long, there had to be a reason.
I've suspected that Tsunku/UFA are grooming her to be some kind of ultimate come-from-behind underdog who winds up winning everyone over and becoming a super-idol. Or maybe they just like an impossible challenge.
