You can't copyright a two word expression. It could be trademarked, but by definition a trademark is a work used for commerce. It is controlled by a business, not an individual creator, unless the business happens to be owned by the creator of the mark. So unless Momoko has set up something like The Yurushite Nyan Licensing Co by herself or with business partners, then if there is a trademark on Yurushite Nyan, it would be owned by UF* or one of their divisions. And even then, they can't stop other performers from using the phrase any more than McD's can stop you from saying their name. They can just prevent others from making Yurishite Nyan t-shirts, mugs and the like.
