No, I genuinely don't like the song . I've enjoyed some of Kikka's stuff, but this is exactly the sort of song I hate.

I'll say this, though: she is a good singer. And I don't dislike her as much as I did at first. I still don't love her or think she's omg awesome but. Yeah.

It didn't came out of H!P, that's part of the problem.

Kikka falls in the gap between Idol singers and "Real" singers, it's not a good place to be in in terms of success in the current Japanese music market. The main quality of her voice is that it's very clean, but it's lacks a bit of personality. They use the autotune to give her voice a bit of a kick and not so much to make it sound in tune. There's nothing more that makes her stand out in the crowd, she isn't noticed by a more mainstream audience. At the same time the H!P wota aren't interested since it's not H!P and it's not the idol thing they like. The song is also just an average anime song, it also doesn't stand out in that genre.

Aww I love Kikkawa Yuu's songs and I love her PVs. But I do see how people can see how she could end up not standing out and appear boring. She's so beautiful, but the dancing in her PV's lack a certain energy and don't really impress me. Its so unfortunate, because I really like her.I even prefer her to Mano Erina.... (Who imo is just as "boring" as Kikkawa) which makes me sad they didn't just add her to H!P. Its why I started thinking Tsunku feels he can't have two solo artists in H!P. Then there is that Nana girl opening for the Summer concert. Its just like when Kikka opened for the winter concert. I know he's not adding Nana to H!P as a soloist and I'd be mad if he did, but only because didn't add Kikka. In reality I'd love H!P to just be full of artists! Add both Kikka, Nana, ...and UP UP Girls! Why aren't UP UP Girls H!P???? Even add that group from his Akihabara place! C'mon Tsunku-san!

Of course, it's impossible, but she would be so perfect for MM right now, being an older girl and a strong singer. WHY DIDN'T THEY ADD HER WHEN THEY HAD THE CHANCE?! WHYYYYYYYY?!
