Those sales are amazing! I'm so proud of them

You know, I don't think a product only succeeds if you promote it a lot. It succeeds if you know how to promote it. It was a great idea to make this single as an introduction to the new Morning Musume, emphasising on their personality, make people curious with these new faces, have a catchy tune, have costumes that stand out and interest girls as well. The costumes are a bit more flashy and stylish, so it's easier for girls to like them. Along with having both excellent songs, it feels like UFA did everything right for once.

It seems they have been doing well promoting their idols lately, what with c-ute, c-ute/Berryz Kobou also selling well. Not sure if they hired new people or they were forced to be more smart with their funds. It might be a fad, where different versions of singles and introductions of girls might not work after a while but they're doing great now. I hope they take the chance of this popularity and use it properly. No more stupid chicken costumes, only diehard fans can tolerate that.
