I think Karin looks her age. She's grown up a lot lately; she doesn't really have a baby face anymore. And I'd definitely want her in. She is a great singer (relatively speaking), and we really need one of those. And she's a really good dancer (a little spazzy, but whatever) and that is apparently what is required to be a front girl nowadays.

After seeing a HQ of Manoeri's performance this winter, I was really impressed with Karin's dancing. And she is a good singer. I wouldn't mind seeing her in, but I wouldn't cry rivers over her not getting in either. In a way she's already a "finished" idol so in a sense she feels as though she is too qualified for MM. I just want H!P/UFA to do something with her. Solo, would be awesome.

I would be happy with Yamaga getting in. Also wouldn't mind Aina or Oda... or Rena. *_* I love Rena. xD Also wouldn't mind if it was just a one-person generation and no eggs at all.

I think she's super pretty though. o__o She's... unique-looking imo. I find her really cute, and I could totally see her do the sexy-thing in the future. But she's no way near "finished" as far as idol-ing goes so she'd be good addition to MM in that sense, cause she's so... unfinished/new.
Then again I know zip of her singing and since it's "utahime" she might no qualify. xD

She kind of reminds me of Ayumi mixed with... someone else? I have no idea who. I want to say Mogi, but that's being rude to Rena .

i think its more Ayumi x Satou Ayano.

She has a kinda masculine look to her.

I think my main problem with Karin now is that she has nothing to sell because she hasn't really created an image or personality for herself yet.
With that said I honestly think that was the main reason why she got rejected for S/mileage because she just didn't match that S/mileage criteria of being genki and etc. I think she could possibly develop well as a musume but i agree about her being a developed idol, shes ready for take off but none of know which direction she should go for.

Karin's only 13, though. I can see her maybe having a character that's sort of similar to Takahashi's, only a bit less silly? If that makes sense.

Remember, Eri started out really shy and yet she ended up being one of the goofiest members MM。's ever had.

Kuriyama Chiaki. That's who Rena reminds of. Mix her iwth Ayumi and we might have Rena. xD I love her though. That one pic is not the best of hers, but whenever I see her in video and other footage... I would love her in MM tbh. Also wouldn't mind Yamaga.

Karin I would be okay with and I know she's just 13, but I really would love to see her as a soloist. It would be awesome if there would be some kind of announcement for the summer concert. "kitakore" pretty much sums up what most people would think about it anyway. =P

Starra: Honestly I think Masaki surpasses Eri's goofy, but that'd still make her #2 on that list.

If they need some Utahimes than someone like Mikitty or Ayaya......all those Eggs aren't anything near to be an Utahime.....IMO

Yep. Miyamoto Karin, Tanabe Nanami, Takagi Sayuki, Kaneko Rie and Kosuga Fuyuka are the Kenshuusei who are auditioning for 11th gen.

WATCH HIM ADD SAYUBEE OR RICCHAN AND NOT KARIN.
