If I remember right Taiyou actually did post a picture showing Noa's face on his blog once, but it was obviously a mistake since it was removed soon after. (I believe it was this one.)

That's very true. Never thought of it from that aspect. I guess we also have to take into account that, for a large part, if you live in Japan you live in Tokyo. 99.99% of celebs live in Tokyo, and so I'm sure people live one floor away from D-list celebs like Tsuji/Mari/Ayumi Hamasaki and just never realize.

Nope, it's Matsushita Michiko.
The post that originally had that image seems to have been edited, though. Probably Kago didn't want her baby's face shown.
