I was thinking they may use the b-side to promote the single on TV, since by now "Momochi" is way more popular than Berryz Koubou. I actually don't think the main fandom would like Momoko to heavily take over the group, so the b-side sounds like a good idea.

I hope the new single is a return to form. It would be embarrassing if a Berryz Koubou single sold fewer copies than a StylipS single.

Hey Momoko, this is how you make yourself genuinely interesting and enduring as a talent. A gag or catchphrase may get you a quick burst of popularity, due to the sheer novelty of it, but you stall out and crash within a few months. Sayu, on the other hand, is playing the long game; even though she still has a core theme of "I'm the cutest," the way she expounds on "cuteness" — as if it is a real subject worth studying and discussing — keeps viewers' attention. Learn from her.

Idk if you were agreeing with the hosts but they said something along the same lines. Sayu said that although Tsunku has a knack for choosing girls before they blossom, Kei-chan has yet to blossom. She also doesn't see what he saw in Momoko. She then stated that unlike Kei-chan who shows a cute side once in awhile, she never sees that side of Momoko. And then she said that within H!P Momoko's ranking is in the middle of the bottom (tier) implying that there were those beneath Momoko. The host then said something along the lines of "You have a knack for speaking. Now we want to further the conversation to see who the bottom of the bottom is. If you had just said Momoko was the bottom of the bottom the conversation would've just ended there."

Poor Kei-chan

I kind of agree and yet I disagree. Japan really likes their gimmicks and Momochi is a huge gimmick. It's not old yet, so I think milking it for all it's worth is a good decision. The Bside is smart. HOWEVER, it's going to get old eventually and Momoko either needs to start expanding on her character (Though the Momo butt game thing is a pretty awesome way to expand, people are doing that game all over the place) or just fade into the background as that girl who had that thing.

I'm torn because the character is SUPPOSED to be super annoying and knowing that makes me not hate her, but I can see it getting old.
