The only point I was trying to make here is that this supposed pattern of high-risk doesn't exist. Miki wasn't in a "veteran" / "newbie" relationship with the other girls. Nor Yossi either, not really. Even with her, the gap was nothing like the current gap between Sayureina and the others. These two have much more in common with the Takagaki era in that they simply have far too much time invested in the agency to throw it away on a b.s. scandal. They've demonstrated a level of commitment that Miki never had. Although anything could happen, I suppose, as shown by your other example, Gooch, who was really a shock.

Mari Yaguchi was in a relationship with Oguri Shun! If there is anyone you would put your career in danger for, Oguri Shun is definitely one of those people! And he was big back then too since it was around the time the show Hana Yori Dango was airing. I would have fallen deeply in love with him too. Its unfortunate that H!P and most J-Pop groups don't allow dating. I understand for the younger girls, but for the older ones ...well i guess i understand that too, but I still feel kinda bad.

And for Miki, I also don't think its a question of commitment. Remember Miki married the man she was in a scandal with.
