I thought the UFA dressmakers sew the Costumes themselves, for MM?
That's why the costumes look so unprofessional....

It's not like Up Front actually payd $300 per dress of course. They must have gotten a major discount, even if was just for buying 10+ dresses at once and not a special celebrity discount.

If you add up the total clothing costs, including the boots and spare dresses for this song, it won't be above $5.000. That is not that much considering they are used at events, concerts, cover shoot, pv shoot, magazine shoots, TV appearances, etc. And it''s an amount that can be earned back just by selling photographs at the release events.

I'm really just surprised at the price in general, for a normal person. XD

Not really at them paying [however much] to buy them/pay to use the patterns.

I don't think many "normal" people will wear this kind of Gothic Lolita Pirate style dresses. :/

You pay for the for the brand, in this case "Alice and the Pirates". It's rather expensive to be a goth loli, no wonder why so many of those girls make their own clothes.

Oh my gosh so in love with this song. Like some others have said, I'm not a huge fan of the Reina/Riho lead either. It was fine when it was Ai/Reina, because Ai was actually vocally talented. Definitely would love to see someone else other than Riho to get the lead in Matenrou.

On the other hand, Ayumi is growing on me like no one's bidness. She's so fierce and totally working that dance and hair do. Kudou's hair and makeup is also amazing and makes her finally look not ill/sickly. I also wasn't a fan of Masaki at first but she's totally owning that robotic move! This song/dance = sooo good.
