Yup Avex couldn't get any of there groups on a show like this, where a VF factory are only second to AKB48 right now.

^ She must get additional training outside of the minimal Up-Front lesson plan...she's just too perfectly poised and coiffed for a typical H!P'er. I can see a long future for her in the business if she plays things right. She basically has no flaws.

Isn't Vision Factory basically the same thing as Avex? Like whatever company Miki and Manoeri are apart of in relationship to Up Front?

No, Vision Factory is an independent talent agency that has acts on different record labels. W-inds for example are on Pony Canyon, Amuro Namie is directly under Avex Trax and the Faries are on the Avex label Sonic Groove. They are also the agency of Idoling member Asahi Nao. But most of their music acts are on Sonic Groove, that makes it look like is their parent company, but that's not the case.
