A big ribbon tying them up together like a present as they pose in bikinis under the title "BEST BIKINI"? I'd say yes, that's creepy.

Though honestly the costume for this single has skeeved me out the whole time, to the point that it was the first S/mileage single I haven't bought, so I guess that's something to keep in mind when considering my opinion...

FWIW, I thought the "OO Ganbaranakutemo Iin da yo!!" costumes/dance moves were creepier than this. At least it's perfectly appropriate to wear a modest bathing suit in a surf shop. Whereas I can't really think of an appropriate moment for a young girl to wear a high heels/miniskirt combo.
