Yesterday I watched "Documentary of AKB48 - Show must go on"

I always sort of liked them, but I do feel I have much bigger respect for them now. I encourage people to watch that, even people who aren't fans, because it might really change your image of them. I had never seen them that way. I cried quite a bit.

Lets bring it back to life for the Janken tournament~ You really liked GIVE ME FIVE? I always liked the idea of the song, especially since the girls did learn to play those instruments, but the song was just kinda boring imo. What did you like about it?

Hmm, I guess I like the arrangement and the concept, and I've been listening to the song a lot lately too. I like how in the PV it's like they're just performing in a high school talent show and overall it shows the girls as being down-to-earth. I don't like those pop videos where the artists are just elevated to the max as gods or something, and then the song turns out to be crappy, lol. A lot of AKB48's videos are fun to watch.

I like their happy-sounding songs more than the "mature" ones, even though I did like both RIVER and Beginner when they came out. I liked Namida Surprise a bit more a few years ago too, but it's too energetic to listen to while working on something because it's kind of distracting.

The top 5 on my list could kinda switch positions around, really. I think Everyday, Kachuusha can easily move up to the top right now.

Keibetsu Shiteita Aijou is by far my favorite song of theirs. The beat to me is killer.

Their next election should be decided with a mud wrestling tournament. THAT I may pay attention to.

My favorite song is still Sakura no Shiori, I think it's one of the most unique idol songs. Then 10nen Zakura, Heavy Rotation, Skirt Hirari and Ponytail.

My favourite songs are their mid tempo ones like Iiwake Maybe, 10nen Zakura and BINGO or the older ones like Seifuku ga Jama wo Suru and I hate Ponytail to Chouchou and Namida Surprise. So I really like it when they do songs like Manatsu no Sounds good but I'm not so into the chipper ones. I guess you and I are opposites sb xD

@Rm88 I *love* Sakura no Shiori that is their best MV imo. I'm not the kind of fan who wants MM to be like AKB (or vice versa, I like them both the way they are) but if MM were to do any MV like AKB I would want it to be that one since it really shows off the girls personalities.
