i think they're tiered by generation?

top - Gaki 5th gen (so maybe that's Aichan on the right)
second - Sayu, Reina 6th gen (maybe the peace sign is Eri?)
third - Aika 8th gen (+ pandas)
fourth - Riho, Eripon, Mizuki, Zukki 9th gen
bottom - Haruna, Ayumi, Masaaki, Haruka 10th gen

some of the backgrounds even display the gen number. also, they're all wearing their member colors (except for Riho, her hair being the one that reflects her color).
