There shouldn't be any impediment that Eri goes backstage or anything like that, actually I think management is glad that they keep their bonds (since that keeps em happy), but former members shouldn't be shown on camera, unless they still work under UFA label, since they could deviate attention from the current working members. Makes sense not to deliberately show them.
