CanCam is demographically pitched toward conservative college students and young OL's in the 20-30 age range. So Koharu is meant to look like a mature young woman somewhat older than her actual age. It bodes well for her as a successful model that she can fit the image that she is supposed to portray as opposed to just looking like 19 yo "Koharu."
