No they don't.

They appear to be made similarly to a scrunchie--elastic band encircled by a doughnut of fabric. And it's fuzzy fabric in this case, which leads to it not clinging as tightly to the leg as a normal garter would.

I'm looking forward to it way more than with Kono/Kare which was a snore-fest in every possible way (to me), but I admit I'm struggling to care about a 12nin group with 3 girls I like moderately. I think I like °C-ute more than Momusu right now, that's a first for me.

The crazy fun concept is there, let me see how these girls pull it off first before I go "BEST THING EVER" I just hope it's better than Kare to Issho which was really bad, because otherwise they're wasting the fun, crazy side of H!P on this group. Let Berryz and S/mileage do it, I say.
