Aww omg. Apparently the guy proposed to her, and she plans to move to Fukuoka (that's where he lives, though he works with IT stuff and travels around the country and thus they're in a 'distance relatonship'). She plans to continue to work, but considering the distance from Fukuoka and Tokyo it'll probably be less and stuff. But she plans to take part in the DMM concert at Budoukan and everything.

Sure, if investors put up money to establish the agency in the first place, with Kago as the principal talent, and if they were counting on future earnings from a long-term contract with her. Without Kago, there is no agency, so the investors lose their investment and the other employees lose their jobs. Under those circumstances, 100 million yen would be small change.
