How often do other H!P groups perform on the days that there is a Budokan of another group? Same day concerts is one thing but No other group performs on Budokan day. Ocha will probably need as many DD's as they can muster.

It just occurred to me that only Oda is left from the first iconc lottery video in 2014.

It doesn’t happen often but it isn’t unheard of. And even if they don’t have performances they have work on budoukan days. It doesn’t happen as often on graduations, but it can’t be helped really.
UF shouldn’t rely on every fan going to every concert anyway, so good opportunity for ocha fans to show up.

I personally feel this Budoukan is too early for them but I also don’t really connect with the group

I like OCHA NORMA, but I agree that this Budokan is a bit early for them. They just lost two of their most popular members within the span of like a month, so I think UFP should've waited to see how their upcoming single performed before making this decision tbh. A Late Summer/Fall 2026 Budokan (assuming that the lineup would be the same) probably would've been better for them?

Regardless, I am happy for them! They are growing to be strong performers so I hope they're able to sell out at least 80% of the tickets.

Well, I think OCHA NORMA should get Budokan now in their 3rd year and not fall behind. Look at FRUITS ZIPPER, they had a 2-day Budokan in their 2nd year. FRUITS ZIPPER and OCHA NORMA debuted in the same year and only months apart.

I don't know about other idol groups since I don't follow them, but just thinking about things in terms of H!P and how... their popularity is coming off. Obviously I could be totally out of the loop and I wouldn't be surprised if I was, since I really don't follow them too closely.

However, it does make sense that we have two veteran groups doing live house tours now that Ocha are doing Budoukan. :cash:
Again, not hating on anything just observing. XD

Another reason they should have done Budokan earlier...Ishiguri Kanami and Tashiro Sumire were still around.
