She's just finished doing a 10k run for the first time in a while. She tells a story about a time she went jet skiing with her host family that was very memorable and fun. It was kind of scary because you aren't enclosed in anything, and you're going really fast. She's thinking that when she gets back to Japan she might buy some fishing gear and be more outdoorsy. Her plan is to head down to explore more of the Southern island with a friend for the month of February. She's still playing with the idea of going to another country once her visa in NZ runs out, with options being Canada and Australia.
