just saw that on TV, actually. it was a short news segment on the report (seeing Yuuko & the guy leave a restaurant and then get into a taxi), followed by the clip of asking Sayaka about the relationship. she reacted with huge surprise when they mentioned it (she laughed at herself for reacting that way), then said she didn't know anything about it but wishes for her happiness.
