ME:I, an 11-member girl group, ranked 7th. The group was formed in 2023 with members selected from the audition program "PRODUCE 101 JAPAN THE GIRLS."

Their debut single "MIRAI" was released on April 17th, 2024, and became a hit, receiving a Gold Disc 'Platinum' certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (over 250,000 copies shipped), and ranked 4th in the female singer/musician category in the May recognition rate, and 1st among teenage female respondents. Their second single "Hi-Five" was released on August 28th.

Talent Power Rankings announced the breakout male and female talents for the first half of 2024. This is the 357th edition of the list, which is based on the industry's largest talent survey by the entertainment media company "Talent Power Rankings supported by DmMiX."

The survey was conducted on 1,280 TV personalities and was based on three aspects: recognition, attraction, and image. Specifically, the survey asked respondents to rate whether they knew the name or face, whether they wanted to see, hear, or learn about the talent, and the image of the talent in 17 or 18 categories. The survey was conducted via the web, with data collected in February and May 2024.
The survey targeted 4,400 men and women between the ages of 10 and 69 living in Tokyo and three prefectures, and data was collected by dividing the age groups into smaller groups. From the data thus obtained, break-talent rankings are created.

The Talent Power Rankings are an important indicator in the entertainment industry.
