Hi, it’s Saki
Welcome back to my channel! Here is a new video where I share my latest news over some red wine I couldn’t stop chatting, so I will be uploading the sequel next Monday! Cheers!

She talks about her part time employment at a tourist center where she sometimes runs a shop and cafe along with her regular translator tour guide work, and her unsuccessful attempt to get a second job as a kiwi picker (she's too short and thinks she's probably not strong enough to lug around 20kg all day.) She also does occasional translation work.

She's eats some delicious pumpkin pudding. She says she tries to cook Japanese food at least once a week for her host parents. She still doesn't understand a lot of English but is progressing little by little.

She answers some questions from viewers:

How do you choose a restaurant while traveling?
She just uses Google Maps and follows the recommendations.

運転中ラジオとか聴く
Do you listen to the radio or something while driving?
Yes. Normally while walking about she'll listen to podcasts and the like to improve her English, but while driving she prefers listening to the radio.

I'd like to hear you talk about the aurora
It seems that the aurora is most visible from South Island but Nakky's on North Island. However she was able to see a beautiful red tinge from the aurora australis during the recent solar storm.

NZでダイビングの予定ある？
Are you planning to go diving in NZ?
She isn't planning on it. She likes diving in Okinawa when the water is super clear, but it seems the visibility isn't so good in NZ waters and it she thinks her claustrophobia would bother her in the darkness.

What's up with NZ gas prices?
It fluctuates but it's around 2.49L. She gets a discount if she shops at a certain store.

If you want to hear Nakky speaking a few words in English, skip to about 8:53 where after, having previously rambled on about pumpkin and okonomiyaki, she's in the midst of telling the story of how one day when she was working in the restaurant, there was some mix up with a reservation and one of the men in the group came up and started berating her like, "Hey, what's going on here?" And she had to apologize and get her boss. Turns out the complainant was another Asian as well. Her boss is pretty laid back so all was fine in the end.

I think in the last video Nakky opened a new bottle and then her recording was interrupted by host dad coming home. So she picks up again the next day after work again, and she holds up the bottle from yesterday and it has 1/4 left only Not sure if she had help with that or not (probably), but I'm thinking she knows how to knock it back
