This is Nakayama Natsume

I know it's a little late for this, but...
I was able to officially graduate from high school.

I am finally able to report to it you all.

As to why I haven't told you about it properly until now...
I heard from my homeroom teacher that I was confirmed to graduate, but I wasn't able to attend the graduation ceremony.

My diploma... wasn't in my possession yet.
I've decided to tell you as soon as I took a picture with my diploma.

That's why I'm a little late.
I'm sorry about that.

But it made it home safely.
I'm so happy with my diploma.

At the end of March, I was no longer a high school student.
The uniform I'm wearing now might become a costume play.

The truth is?
I wanted to take pictures and show you all during the month of March.
But it didn't arrive, so there's nothing I can do about it.

So now, after all this time, I was able to graduate from high school.
I'm really grateful to my parents.

I told you in a very previous blog that the graduation exam was too difficult and that it was pretty insane...

I am relieved that I managed to graduate!
It doesn't feel real that I graduated high school.

Because when you walk around town, you see many students wearing school uniforms, don't you?

But it's quite surprising to think that most of them are younger than me!

I would like to walk with a little pride in the fact that I have taken one step up the ladder of adulthood!

I am still a work in progress, but I hope you will continue to support me!

Yesterday, Eripon got her upper and lower left wisdom teeth extracted. Her cheek was swollen and it was hard to open her mouth or eat.

That looks uncomfortable to say the least (I didn't have mine removed so I know nothing).

It is super uncomfortable, even more so if you get dry socket afterwards.

YMMV. I had all four out at the same time, and I was prescribed Norco (more common but less famous than its cousin Vicodin) and high-dose Ibuprofen for the pain. I took just one of the latter, when the novocaine wore off, and that was it. By the next morning, the pain was no more than a nuisance.

An abscess is much worse. Compared to that, removing the tooth is blessed relief.

I had my 4 taken out under general anesthesia at a hospital because it was cheaper and seemingly less painful than doing them 1 or 2 at a time. Later on I learned that going under general anesthesia isn't so good for your brain, and sometimes they make mistakes I'd do it different if I had to do it again.
