- Hello Dream returns from break with footage from Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit '23's performance at the Idol Christmas event "mini TIF vol.92 X-mas Special!!!"

- While showing clips of the Kenshuusei's performances from the "Hello! Project Year-End Party 2023 ~GOOD BYE & HELLO!~" concert, Hello Dream takes a look back at the three new Kenshuusei' (Kawano Saora, Hayashi Niina, Makino Toa) first year in 2023. They have grown this past year. They share their goals for 2024.

YBS Yamanashi Broadcasting System (YBSY), the host of this event, has been a broadcaster rooted in the community since its establishment, focusing on TV and radio broadcasting, and will celebrate its 70th anniversary on July 1, 2024.

To mark the 70th anniversary, YBS Yamanashi Broadcasting System will hold a variety of new projects through the media this year to promote the momentum of the 70th anniversary and to enliven Yamanashi Prefecture as a whole. As a part of these efforts, this event was planned with the hope that people in and outside of the prefecture will enjoy the new Yamanashi Broadcasting System, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary, by holding a music festival with the help of idols, something that has not been done by Yamanashi Broadcasting System in the past.

The environment surrounding local broadcasters is changing day by day, and by holding this event as one of the new projects that are not limited to conventional broadcasting, they hope to draw people's attention to Yamanashi Broadcasting, a local station, and also to interest and interest in Yamanashi Prefecture itself.

The title of the event, "Yotchabare" means "gather together" in the Koshu dialect. It was invented by Tsubaki Factory's Kasai Yuumi, a native of Yamanashi Prefecture who will appear at the event and is currently appearing on a program on the Yamanashi Broadcasting System.

Niina is so tall! She's so young, I always assumed she was short but she looks like she's one of the tallest KSS! I feel like the new group needs more tall girls now.

With KSS Unit 24 debuting this year, and round 5 of auditions would be done by now, I’m predicting a new gen will be introduced in this recital.
