ME:I Announces Debut Date & Fan Concert Details

The announcement was made by all members at the group's first insta-live since its formation, held on December 29th, 2023 on their official Instagram account.

During the live broadcast, the group first announced the details of the fan concert in March, which was announced on the day of the finale. The title is "2024 ME:I LAUNCHING SHOW ME:ICONIC". The show will be held in two cities, Tokyo and Osaka, with the Tokyo Garden Theater on March 27 and 28, and the Ookini Arena Maishima on March 30 and 31, for a total of four performances. Sakurai Miu announced, "We will present a new type of performance only for ME:I that combines many elements : a concert to showcase our cool performances, a fan meeting to enjoy together with fans, and a convention!

Takami said, "I'm looking forward to finally meeting my fans, but it's still a long time to go since March, but I'll do my best to prepare for it so that everyone will be happy. I'm really, really, really looking forward to showing you all how cool we are."

The release date of the debut single was then announced. Kasahara Momona called out on behalf of the group, "Please look forward to seeing us as we prepare hard for our debut with a matured appearance."

My experience with H!P Twitter is just people sharing articles, performances, experiences going to events/concerts and saying how they don't approve of UF letting underage girls do photobooks because the male wota are nothing but pervs.
I did get in one heated argument about whether Sayuki was fired or if she quit. But other than that it's been mild.

Even JPOP Twitter in general has been tame.

^ It means, something that is very comes off like they are bad (naughty), fierce, cool, sexual. Usually wearing skimpy sexualized outfits. And dancing is a little over the top. Lots of gesturing in the music videos. A LOT of Kpop female groups are like that these days. It's like total opposite of the flowery sugar jpop sun and flowers type of vibe.

I want to say it probably originated in the drag community but I could be wrong.
